Andre Marcoux, P.Eng, ing., PMP

Andre Marcoux is a partner joined Cleland Jardine Engineering Ltd. in 1997, bringing with him a wealth of experience in many different fields of consulting, contracting and project administration. He has over 25 years experience in the local construction and engineering industry.

Mr. Marcoux is a licensed engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Québec, is a Gold Seal Certified project manager with the Canadian Construction Association and is a certified Project Management Professional with the “Project Management Institute”.

Mr. Marcoux is fully bilingual and holds a proficiency certificate from "Office de la Langue Française du Québec". Mr. Marcoux heads the Project Management department and provides services in project management, design coordination, field review and contract administration.
