Building Investigations

Building investigations are generally conducted to determine the cause of an identified problem as a first step towards resolution of the problem and restoration of the building to an optimum level of performance.

These types of investigations are often conducted on short notice as the result of immediate or urgent concerns related to public safety or potential damage to property. Examples include but are not limited to; fire damage, flood damage, water infiltration, failure or impending failure of a building component, impact damage etc.
