208 St. Andrew Rehabilitation

This project was completed for the Shepherds of Good Hope and funded through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.  It involved the rehabilitation of the building envelope, repair of balconies and repair of the underground parking facility.  Window installations were completed under partial occupancy during the winter months.  Extensive concrete repairs were completed in order to restore the underground parking garage.  Given the confined nature of the property, tenant occupancy, multiple disciplines involved in the repairs and the public nature of the job, the project presented numerous engineering and administrative challenges that were overcome with innovative solutions and effective communication with team members.
