Ottawa Hospital General Campus Critical Care Tower

The project involved a $48,000,000, 210,000 ft2, 3-storey horizontal expansion, as well as, a $4,000,000 renovation to the existing building that included cladding modifications, floor reinforcing, and structural renovations to accommodate new architectural and mechanical services.  Structural details and construction methodologies were carefully developed to ensure that there were minimal impacts on the occupants of the existing facility.
