700 Silver 7 Office Tower

The 5-storey, 73,000 ft2 reinforced concrete office tower, was constructed as a design-build project located in Kanata, Ontario.  The pile supported structure was originally designed and detailed to house office areas and sensitive computer equipment.  A multi–storey atrium was located in the front of the building with the structural elements being designed to allow the owner to infill the atrium area in the future with minimal disruptions to occupants.  The total construction cost was $14,000,000.
