University of Ottawa's Heart Institute's P.E.T. Centre

The 20,000 ft2 facility is used for patient treatment, office space and incorporates a shielded bunker used for the preparation of radioactive isotopes.
 
 
Environmental Technology Centre
The car storage, testing, and office facility for Environment Canada involved the construction of a new 67,000 ft², 2-storey structural steel facility plus a link to the existing building.
 
 
Winchester District Memorial Hospital Addition and Renovation
This project involves the construction of a new 82,000 ft2, 2-storey horizontal expansion and renovation of 27,000 ft2 of the existing facility (including the removal/repair of existing load bearing elements).
 
 
700 Silver 7 Office Tower
The 5-storey, 73,000 ft2 reinforced concrete office tower, was constructed as a design-build project located in Kanata, Ontario.
 
 
Swansea Crescent Warehouse Buildings
The design-build project was comprised of the construction of 2 high-bay warehouse buildings (32,000 ft2 and 34,000 ft2) adjacent to each other.
 
 
University of Ottawa Heart Institute Reference Centre
The erection of this 60,000 ft2 facility involved a 6-storey horizontal and vertical expansion to an existing building.
 
 
Ottawa Hospital General Campus Critical Care Tower
The project involved a $48,000,000, 210,000 ft2, 3-storey horizontal expansion, as well as, a $4,000,000 renovation to the existing building that included cladding modifications, floor reinforcing, and structural renovations to accommodate new architectural and mechanical services.
 
 
Waterford Retirement Residence
The facility located in Barrie, Ontario is a 6-storey plus basement, 100,000 ft² building composed of reinforced concrete slabs and walls.
